Chris and Maddie Maternity Shoot

Another beautiful expectant mother.

Another beautiful day at the beach.

This particular Thursday was extremely windy.

Feeling the sting of each grain of sand whip across our face we decided

to go or go home, we put our heads down and marched into the storm, the sand storm that is.

Chris and Maddie were great sports and I can prove it. Even though we were covered head to toe in sand she

looked absolutely stunning.

Maddie had her baby boy, Cruz, this past weekend and both momma and baby are doing

well. Congratulations C and M, I cannot wait to meet baby Cruz.

Now to prepare for our newborn shoot....I love my job.

Graduation

My little brother, James, graduated from college the other day.

It was such a beautiful ceremony, stormy clouds above, hundreds of people surrounding the

venue, tears of joy from all the mom's of graduates, including my mom.

We arrived really early in the morning, it is an hour drive to California Baptist University for me but as a mother of two young boys I am almost always up before the sun. Fresh pot of coffee and I am good to go.

"This is the beginning of your new life" was the focus for the day, "go follow the path that God set out for you and do it well." Always good words to live by.
